New chapter time! Gosh, June doesn't look so good, does she...?

Oh dang...

I absolutely ADORE the blur work here. Serious depth.

And yeah... Not looking too good...

(June, I mean. The cover is AMAZING.)

Thank you! I'm glad the depth of field blur looks good.

Waaaaaaait a minute... June needs a string tied around her finger so she remembers which one to flip people off with??? ;-)

She kept sticking her thumb out instead and people mistook her for a hitchhiker.

That alt text is particularly ominous.
There's a reason she's supposed to stay away from orange.

And this cover is one of those reasons, surely.

I never thought I'd like seeing so much orange. Thank you for such great color use.

It's funny, really. You'd think orange would be my favorite color, given how many pages make heavy use of it, but it's actually one of my least favorite colors to look at. For some reason, I just find bright, warm hues like orange to be enjoyable to color with.

Hmmmm. We discovered June was keeping the void at bay last chapter. We also no she's less than amateur at controlling magic. That is not a shadow beneath her, but an ominous precursor. The Darkness is too strong. It is seeping out/escaping. And June will be suffering terribly. She is holding on by a thread. Leopold better have some use!
